- Close down home after owner or guest departs: This can be a great way to make sure that your home is secure and ready for you when you return. Your home watch service can close your home, turn off the lights, and make sure that everything is in order.

Our rates are competitive, and negotiable based on the size of the property and extent of services required. Our recommendation is a minimum of 2 visits per month to ensure proper monitoring.
